Enigmatic

I am capable of conscious, lucid thought. What greater curse could anyone bear?

Growing up in the 1980's I was subjected to the constant sonic bombardment of Heavy Metal. All those around me were metal heads while I was tuned into a different wave length. It was called "New Wave" back then and today is the bastardization of pop music known as "alternative." New Order was so different and unique from the sounds of the day that I was instantly drawn to their music. I didn't really know anything about the band at first but the music alone connected with me. It was as though they struck a perfect note with the tuning fork of my soul. Thank you, New Order!
