My wife says i'm mad still liking New Order at 36 but they have been part of my life for 20 years. My life doesn't actually revolve around NO but i must get my fix at least once a week by putting a CD in the car stereo on my way to work. My hour and a half journey seems to go much quicker when i'm listening to NO. I've two kids both of whom have been brought up on New Order and hopefully one day they will want to go and see the guys in concert with their dad, or maybe not!

In 1983 i had never heard anything quite like NO before. Synth music always appealed to me but the mix of synth, guitar and bass along with Barney's lyrics just blew me away and still does.
