As a recovering Catholic from the Midwest, I have been doing my best to fight back the right wing here in the thick of Bush Country. I spent the last 18 months of my life working for Senator Tom Daschle, the only guy that was left standing in the way of the Bush administration's radical, self-serving agenda. Thankfully, I live close to Chicago and Minneapolis, so I can regularly escape my surroundings and see real bands -- I'm still disappointed New Order didn't do a US tour in 2001. And although I'm now closer to 30 than 20, I still play Rugby whenever I can.

That's like asking, "why do you like food or sex or alcohol?"
