Happy in my lifelong job as a cinema film archivist - the family business handed down to me from my late father when he passed on in 1989.... I love the dark gritty underside of NYC life and would never leave here!

I was lucky enough to see New Order and Arthur Baker at the Paradise Garage back in 1983 - that was when I became a fan for life! They were a bit obnoxious back then but 10 years later in 1993 I finally got to meet them and I even had a couple of records autographed by the guys... they were cool!

I love their emotional resonance and how they can make the most simple and banal of songs sound so majestic. True quality.
