i live in derbyshire and i went to the hacienda at sixteen because i loved factory records and especially new order. they enriched my life at that time and i owe them a lot! i also like reading, the internet, going out, staying in, my children and gliding.

the way they mixed electronic sounds with guitar/bass and drums was/is genius. Their attitude/humour/sleeves/stories/ethic just smacked of real people who just also happened to be musical geniuses.
