The Perfecto Remix Album is a brilliant collection of Paul Oakenfold's remixing talents, with reworkings of British dance/pop paragons like U2, New Order, Simply Red, Massive Attack, M People, the Stone Roses and the Shamen, as well as eclectics like Gary Clail, Neneh Cherry, even Snoop Doggy Dogg. The album is the best display of Oakenfold's impeccable production work, quite important to the direction of mainstream dance during the 1990s. — Keith Farley
