Rambo and Leroy releases 'Last One Standing'

Rambo and Leroy formed in Summer 2005. Their blend of Rock and Roll with dance-like euphoria result in a sound that is undoubtedly their own. Since '05 they have been recording, writing and performing music across the UK. At the end of '06 they supported legendary band New Order on their last night of a sold out tour. Following the support slot they did several live television performances, the first being 'The Great Northern Music Show' followed a couple of weeks later by an appearance on Channel M's 'City Centre Social' chat show. Recent news: R+L recently returned to Wolverhampton for a sold out show at 'The Little Civic Theatre', followed by a full live session on Clint Boon's 'Music Response' show. Following their London show they released their debut ep via Itunes. Cover art for the ep was the work of Frank Weidemann- who's past clients include Doves, Jet and Coldplay to name but a few. The band are now back to concentrating on new tracks toward their album at Rooftop Studios Liverpool, and their own studio - 'TheBunker' in Macclesfield. Jake and Matt Evans have been collaborating with Bernard, Phil and Steve of New Order along with Alex James of Blur on another project called 'Bad Lieutenant' which is fast taking shape. Rambo and Leroy's Limited edition vinyl and Itunes single 'Last One Standing' will be released March 3rd on Vinyl Revival Records Manchester.
