~ The Blog, Chapter 12: Hold up, wait a minute!! [Quick updates.] ~
~ Listening to 'Best & Marsh' for the damn-near 400th time!! ~
~ [Obviously I am addicted to this song. ~
~ Alright everyone, things have been goin' loopy in the past handful of hours. Let's get down to this.
+ Leaving for a party in exactly *checks clock on comp* 2 hours and 12 minutes from now. First party in damn-near forever. W00t!!
+ Yes, I still think Sam Riley and
should make a sequel to 'Control' together. The title: 'Control 2: Revenge of the Emo.' And it should debut at Cannes next year and get some awards. 
+ I have been rediscovering some songs I hadn't heard in a while, particularly the following:
--Shellshock [12" extended mix]
--Best & Marsh [best instrumental by the Order, EVER!]
--1963 [I swear this song's starting to grow on me...]
--State of the Nation [12" version]
--Round & Round [12" version]
--Don't Do It ['don't put your finger on the button...' --GIVES ME THE FOOKING CHILLS AT THE END!!]
+ At this point, T minus 2 hours and 3 minutes to PARTY TIME!!
+ Currently hearing 'Round & Round'. Yeah, noting that has caused me to listen to it! I love this song. [Plus I like this version better than the version on 'Technique'.] Nothing like a good 12".
+ Speaking of, 'Technique' is now probably my favorite album. Been getting lots of airtime on my c.d. player. Excellent album. Favorite tracks are:
--Fine Time [of fookin' course...!]
--Love Less
--Guilty Partner
--Mr. Disco
--Vanishing Point
Those songs get the volume up to 11 and then some.
