~ The Blog, Chapter 16: 'I don't belong to no one/But I wanna be with you...' [Alas, more drama!] ~

~ Right now I'm all blush and giggles during a funny conversation which I will get to talking about, eventually. Note: I said eventually, okay!?

Anywho, here's what's been going on since... uhm... *checks the Blog* Wednesday...!?

Well, Thursday I stayed up until 2 Friday morning, mostly on the Chat for a bit of the night. Total insomniac. Fun times. Then, yesterday was my day off, so I was fairly busy. In particular I worked on a uber-special mix for my Store Manager, basically the best 12" mixes, in my opinion.

Speaking of, I had 'Dream Attack' stuck in my head all day. Fun times! Ended up singing the lines 'I don't belong to no one/But I wanna be with you' plenty times at work today! Got to my music player and guess what was the first song it played...

Meanwhile, back to why I'm all giggles and blushing and stuff.

I have a crush on someone. I have an honest-to-gosh crush on someone. And he damn-near teased me the hell out of it too!!

His name is Michael. And he's really cool to talk to. The big problem is, I'm not one to have crushes. I've got my heart placed on the shelf, remember? And in all honesty, I swear, the last thing I ever really need is to have a crush on someone!!

So I'm all blush and giggles, and he's hugged me I don't remember HOW MANY TIMES!!! *giggle-fest galore!!* We exchanged e-mails, and I've just read his e-mail a little while ago. He's got the very nerve to put this:

How's your face? It should be cooling off a little bit by now

What. The. HELL!!!

So I decided to play smart-ass and reply,

...well, it WAS!!!

I mean, it's true! I was.

So now, I'm trying my damnedest to convince myself that I do NOT have a crush on Michael. Anyone care to aid me in my so-called efforts?
