Last time around I finally posted on the situation with Hooky, Barney and Steve about to go chaotic [hopefully NOT] in the courtroom...
I have a bit more to say about it now, especially after reading further common sense from Jack...
I'm going to be honest--brutally honest--with you guys here.
Jack Hook is right.
And this is something we really have to face, whether we want to or not. This might as well be the end of New Order, whether we want it to happen or not. Hell, this might even get settled in court... whether we want it to go down this road or not!!
I guess what I'm saying is what many others have or might have been trying to put it into words - that if, indeed, this is the end of the Order, then it's time to move the fuck on.
I hate having to say it like this, but this is basically what it boils down to.
So with that, from EVERYTHING that I have read, from all sides of the battleground of the bitching, here's my proper two cents' worth of common sense from the principessa of the Small-Town Order...
So Hooky's leaving the band? With everything he's done for the fans, and the fact that Barney and Steve haven't done very much at all since late last year, he probably has every reason to want out. And who could blame him? He's done so much more for the fans than we can really understand.
And while I'll always be a
of 
'til the day I die, Jack has made a very important point. Hooky's done all he could in the band. And I think some final thanks is due for the man.
Now as for the court dilemma, if this does get to the court, it's going to get ugly. But unfortunately this is the reality that we have to face, as fans and as a community here.
I guess the best thing we can do is hope for the best for the aftermath, and to move on with our lives. Hopefully this can be sorted out[-side] of the courtroom.
Everyone, 'turn your eyes [and your bitching!] from them--it's time for them to go.'

In all seriousness, all this mudslinging over what Hooky said should really not be happening. I mean, yes, Hooky said some things that would probably have some of us charging at him with mallets, clubs and sledgehammers but, come on, CHILDREN!! You can't really fully change Hooky at all, but you also have to remember that, sometimes you're just going to have to deal with disagreeable people. That's how life is, and that's the way it goes.

and it fucking sucks how you people can turn on the one guy that's given you the most out of all the people in that band
i didn't see barney or steve at your nool day
i didn't see barney or steve listening to hundreds of songs for the community cds and picking the ones for the cd
i don't see barney or steve giving interviews or interacting with fans
my dad's not doing all this to be a bastard, new order has been a major part of his life for over 25 years. he's doing this because things have happened within that band that cannot be repaired, and you people on here have no idea what's happened so you should all just accept that the band is gone for now and try and get over it, instead of slating the one person who's trying to tell you all what's going on.
