Peter Hook Won't Rule Out a New Order Truce at the Hall of Fame

Joy Division and New Order have finally entered the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame after three years of applications, though Peter Hook was keen to credit the fans rather than the band members themselves. When asked whether he'd perform with them at the ceremony, Hook's response was a contradiction wrapped in bitterness: initially insisting an absolute no, yet gradually acknowledging that a genuine apology might change everything. If Bernard Sumner were to acknowledge the damage of their eight-year legal battle and the subsequent years of hurt, Hook suggested, reconciliation was theoretically possible.
