Inspiral Carpets

Just got back from the Inspiral at the Apollo. One of the greatest nights ever. Such a brilliant gig. I sang Dragging me Down with Tom Hingley. And Shaun Ryder coming out was well funny!

Clint Boon was very chatty as well. Got loads of great photos i hope. Roll on Monday and the Inspirals at the Limelight.

Anyone else there tonight?

I saw them live in August in Chelmsford (the V 2003 festival). They were top, i couldnt stop bouncing during their set, which was a brave thing to do considering that it was around 2 pm, and the temperature reminded me of the greek weather conditions ;) . Maybe that was the reason only 2.000 - 3.000 ppl of the total 50.000 that were in the festival location seemed to be participating :( . But i bet it was better in the Apollo, after all its their home town .

I didn't know they'd moved the Apollo to Oldham.

what tracks did the Inspirals play?

Well, its the day after the night before. Saw the Inspirals at the Limelight in belfast last night, bit of a contrast from saturday and the packed out Apollo. There must have been around 200 people there last night.

I met Martyn, Craig and Graham before the gig and they seemed like top geezers. The gig was great, some die hard fans there. The gig was great, pretty much the sam eset list as Saturday without Commercial Reign and no apperance from Shaun Ryder.

During the Gig Martyn gave me a bottle of Stella and i had some great banter with them.

Met them all and got photos with them all after the gig. Top Guys
