The French would get blankets full of smallpox and forced off their lands. The Great Indian-French Wars would be bloody and result in reservations being set up around Paris (that way, snootty French waiters would be a thing of the past. In time, the young children of the Indians would start drinking espresso, discussing existentialism, and starting World War II just to piss off their parents....that's all I got 
Because of the Gulf stream the Indians would have landed in England, still weary from the War of the Two roses, the Indians could have counted with the help of those dissatisfied with the newly installed House of tudor. The Scottish would have help the Indians too, just for fun. The French would have supported the Scottish, as usual. The Spanish, then at war with Charles the VII of France for the control of Italy would have supported the English. The Turks, who had just taken Bizantium would have mount a full blown attack on Europe (as they did) only this time the Habsburg dinasty (Spain and Austria) would not have been there to stop them. The battle of Lepanto would have never happened and the Turks would have gotten as far as Germany. The Reformation may had never happened what with Martin Luther all sweaty trying to galvanise the German princes into fighting the Turks....the mind boggles
