Yes, it is a good film, well worth seeing, in my opinion. Mind you, there are no American-style car chases or shoot-outs. It just has a plot and characters. But still a good film. ;)

Mysterious?

First look, it looks like Audrey Tautou.. ie "Amélie" from Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulin....

I might be wrong, it's late...

It's so late, I didn't even notice the name was there!

Well, I like that one too :)

Ahhh... Laetitia Casta :love2:

French birds ? The only good thing about them is that there ain't many in London, and the ones that were around when I was young, free and single used to shag like rabbits !

Thankfully, there appear to be enough Mysterious French Babes to satisfy one and all.

But Audrey Tautou is the creme de la creme. :love2:  :love2:  :love2:

Mind you, my favorite of them all is currently Virginie LeDoyen -- not only because she played in a movie in which we could hear New Order (The Beach), but because she has that unbelievable sexyness:

Emmanuelle Beart, Laetitia Casta, Virginie Le Doyen, and a certain Mysterious French Babe whose initials rhyme with those of Joy Division...All very Mysterious, all French, and all Babes. And then there's the creme de la creme...Perhaps I should pay a little visit to France, no?

Well, seeing as we're renaming French fries "freedom fries" we should do the same for "Mysterious French Babes": Mysterious Freedom Babes (They're hot for bringing democracy to Iraq!) :evil4:

No need to be vulgar...

Julie Delpy is also quite nice I must say, plus she played in plenty of american movies..

She even played in ER I think...

And how could anybody forget Sophie Marceau (she played in one of the latest James Bond movies and in Braveheart)

Clara Morgane is also quite nice, but I won't tell you which type of movie she does

Back when I was young and impressionable, I saw a movie called Betty Blue. Needless to say I fell in love with Beatrice Dalle.

These days I quite like Monica Bellucci (yes I know she's Italian).

Sorry I am unable to provide you with any pics, just surf the net for yourselves.

Well who is? Asia Argento.

But on a sidenote, I just read in the new issue of Film Comment that Ms. Binoche is planning to star in a horror film directed by Brian de Palma (I think). Just updating everyone on the status of (apparently, for some inexplicable reason) the most popular woman on the site.

Well, maybe that's what makes her mysterious, innit?

However, I don't believe it's permitted to mention Asia Argento without also posting her picture. ;)

Same for Monica Bellucci.

I'd recommend going to http://www.darkdreams.org and clicking on the link by her name. (It's a site dedicated to her father's movies. They have pics.
