Yes, it is a good film, well worth seeing, in my opinion. Mind you, there are no American-style car chases or shoot-outs. It just has a plot and characters. But still a good film. ;)
Mysterious?
First look, it looks like Audrey Tautou.. ie "Amélie" from Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulin....
