Not to knock Floyd, but this is all nonsense.
If the artists are selling their work, and you offer it for free, you're hurting them financially. That's why it's illegal. A blanket statement that you're not hurting them doesn't make it so.
You're also hurting them artistically. You are making the artistic decision about what work is suitable for public release. That is a decision that rightfully belongs to the artist. The fact that you have the technology to release their material does not mean that the decision to release their material belongs to you. They are the artist, and the decision about what material to release belongs to them. When you release work that they have made the artistic decision not to release, you're hurting them artistically.
Again, not to pick on you, Floyd, but your blanket denials are nonsense, and the fact that others are doing the same thing doesn't justify it.
