I got an 8 - presume you're referring to Our Daughter's Wedding?
I even got the Kinks wrong - well, it's a sh1te picture!!
Doesn't that guy in the middle look like a young Jim Kerr though ? 8 for me as well. Thought the TFF was wrong, but didn't have a better answer.
actually, I missed Haysi Fantayzee...
I have actually heard of Our Daughter's Wedding, and they were easy enough to pick out via process of elimination...
so did I miss out on anything...not hearing their music and all???
of course...I don't know who Gloria Loring is either...
You only realy missed one single, a tribute to John Wayne, John wayne is big leggy , it was called ... it cast a few doubts on the Dukes erm, ... preferences. The fella is a DJ now, does a lot of Armani, Paris fashion stuff

Christ I thought that was Richard Madeley ! Doh - just seen the URL..... ![]()
i got 8 out of 10. who the hell are 'our daughter's wedding?'
also, i missed metallica because i couldn't see the picture well enough and mistook them for megadeth. oh, well. dave mustaine's been in both bands, so i guess that's 50% right?
Basia (pronounced Basher!) was the one in Matt Bianco who then went solo briefly - wasn't she?!
I'm convinced it's Simple Minds too - as well as it being a spit of Jim Kerr, the bloke on the left is definitely Charlie Thingamy who played bass (I think!).
And since when were The Kinks an 80's band...?!
Chris :)
I still got 7/10 by the way!
8/10. The fact that I didn't get Metallica and Pat Benetar means:
a. I don't know anything about dodgy rock acts b. I got all the embarrassing ones right. Hmmm.

That photo of the Kinks was off a 198? album that I always see in the local record store. Apart from "Come Dancing", don't care much for the Eighties Kinks material. ![]()
5/10....and I missed obvious ones. Although it was easy not to miss those HIDEOUS Thompson Twins.

I got 8/10. Missed the Kinks and Metallica. FYI, Our Daughter's Wedding was the visionary act who gave us the synth pop classic, "Lawn Chairs"
"Lawn chairs are everywherethey're everywheremy mind describes them to me-eeonly to me-ee" iirc.
9/10, couldn't remember what Metallica looked like, but then most of those mulletheads look alike anyways.
7/10, but half of them were lucky guesses...
BTW anyone know where I can find this "Lawn Chairs" song? Those are truly inspired lyrics![]()
alright...new batch of pics up for today...
I am very ashamed to admit, I got all of them...
uhm...the Fixx...you know...they did one thing leads to another, saved by zero, less cities more moving people...
okay...I guess I won't mention that I went to a gig they did...

another 10/10. are 2 pictures of the thompson twins and talk talk really necessary? especially the former.
and how can one miss spandau ballet what with eastenders' very own (and very dead) steve as a member!
