So what did you do for Valentine's day?

Well, I posted on NOOL all night, so I think that pretty much says it all..

This weekend sucked. Mrs. Twist killed her van and my Jag, the kiss of death indeed. After a sustained firing session at the gun range and aborted attempts to fix a vehicle we went to a Thai/Lao restaurant which has very good food.

We arrived about 730 pm and had to wait about 10 minutes for them to clear a table. Only two people working with the customers. Fortunately, they have a huge tv which helped pass the time. Yes, we watched the first half of the Memphis v Marquette basketball game while waiting for our food. It was funny. I gave them until the half. Food arived with 20 seconds to spare!! They forgot the fucking appetisers.

No apology, no explanation that service would be slow, no attempt to sell me a beer or offer me a free drink. But we were given a 20% discount. The missing Won Tons were not listed. Not that spending time alone with Wifey is bad but we could have seen a movie or done something else other than watch a shitty ball game between two schools nobody cares about and listen to a table of Asian-American cellphone toting, Riced out Honda and/or Mitsubishi driving gangster wannabes. Yes, there were several Hondas and Mitsus outside when we left. VTEC this

Maybe they had to find the dog and butcher it. This only confirmed my theory that you get better service at a Mexican restaurant than at Asian establishment.

I went the Manchester derby with the boys,I`d promised to be in no later than 4pm so she wasnt best pleased when i arrived home at 9-an hour AFTER our table for two was booked. Needless to say i was in the spare room saturday night.

I went to a club that usually has goth or S&M themed nights during the week with a friend. He and I were the only two there without dates. But, "Age of Consent" and a remix of "True Faith", as well as some Smiths and Depeche Mode were played, although I would've liked to have heard PSB's "What Have I done to deserve this?"

Nothing much really, just stay at home and mastur.....studied

went out to watch the rugby with my mates down the pub, then to the beach in the evening, fish & chips from a takaway & a surprise bottle of bollinger. then nice drive home listening to wonderland by the charlatans, another bottle of cava & to bed...

Had a bottle of pink champagne to accompany it, a total valentines cliche i know! but it was quite nice still.

got pissed with my flatmate and watched 24HPP. then threw up and went to bed.

Worked on a fashion show and then went out with my mates and then celebrated my brother's birthday.

I woke up, looked at my face to see if I had a five o clock shadow or not. If I did have a shadow, then I would shave and get pissed from my razor burn for the next hour or two. If I did not have a shadow, then I would wonder why the hell my facial hair was not growing as fast as it usually does, so I would start questioning my manhood and virility. I ended up having the shadow and got the razor burn.

At least there was nothing wrong with your manhood. Not like when your ladyfriend invites you in for drinks and you end up trying to beautify her (that is, bring her up to par) with a few more drinks than necessary and suddenly your manhood doesn't....well, anyway, at least that didn't happen.

Went clubbing with my mates and treated it as an anti-Valentine's night.
