The cat's out of the bag: Barry Bonds and a lot of other ballplayers got steroids, but they say they never took them. (yeah right) 
What do you guys think? If Barry was raging on 'roids when he jacked all those homers, does that ruin his record? Suppose he never did steroids but people think he did nonetheless. Will his reputation survive? 
american sports fans are very forgiving and naive. i have rookie cards of gary sheffield, sammy sosa (though he has not been named yet), and barry bonds and they were all skinny little shits. it was always obvious something was happpening to their bodies, but did anyone really care? i dont think so cause we got sammy vs. mcguire in 98, 73 homeruns from barry bonds and so forth. the penalty that i would like to see imposed is a one year ban from baseball the first time around and if caught twice, a life-time ban from baseball.
has anything like this ever happened in the world of football (soccer) in europe, and if so, how would you feel?

I don't know about soccer, but we all know that every professional biker has doped at one time or another.
What do people think about what Jeff Kent saying that maybe the Babe took steroids; I agree with Jeff 
Babe had a steady diet of liquor, fattening foods, and women; somehow I think 'roids added to the mix would've been lethal 
i heard john kruk and mo vaugn were offered steroids and declined because they thought the babe diet you just mentioned was a better idea.
Wimps,the professional sports stars over here disgrace themselves properly-cocaine,gang rape,wife battery,drink driving,bribery,& "dogging". And thats only the football players in the Premier League...
