I'm travelling up with JG, meeting ATR in the Wetherspoon's at Piccadilly around 4'ish.

Quality gig although the model was poor and wanted to hear showroom dummies.
Was it really necessary for the cupping the hand by his mouth whenever he sung 
Was really knocked out by the robots one the 108th encore though:D

i thought the model (which is far from my fav kw song) sounded really good, with the church organ thing.
the robots were great. i thought the hand cupping was just done cause of poor acoustics in dublin. he musnt like people seeing him open his mouth
chrono- vitaman etc were my only letdown. :p
Thought it funny to see ten youngsters strolling over the road as we went into the gig, all of 'em dressed in red shirts, black ties, black trousers.

The acoustics must have been poor in Manc land too then cos he was cupping his hand BIG TIME there too

He was cupping his hand again Big Time at the RFH tonight.
The hand to face isn't a particularly new thing though, is it? Makes him look more RO-BOT-IK...
And when did they decide to change the emphasis on Radioactivity? Used to be a "celebration" of a futuristic energy source, and now they've changed the words to make it darker and given it's own government health warning as an intro! Times change...
