*Apparently it's for porn, which couldn't be sold, according to that site, outside specialised stores (90 of them in England). Well, I seem to remember there were porn tapes at Tower in Piccadilly, but it was years ago... has law changed lately? Is it really that forbidden? I can't see what's wrong if an adult buys a tape of adults doing sex. There are far worse things in the world, cruelty in real life and in movies is more worrying, and it's widely accessible to minors too.
