shitaki mushrooms?

do shitaki mushrooms taste liek shit?

i hate mushrooms... and the shit in shitaki mushroom just brings my immaturity out...

I like mushrooms (cooked, that is), so I think they taste fairly good.

i don't eat the damn things. well, i may have and not realized it.

shitake mushrooms are too expensive; I prefer regular old button mushrooms

Porcini and morels are always great to add to many dishes, and I always like a simple Crimini

I like mushrooms,but i wont eat anything with the word SHIT in its name.

I don't think shitaki are real mushrooms. There is something fake in their name as well as in their taste. Definitely not worth it.

my vegan friend has a niffty way of marinating some mushrooms, BBQing the thingies and passing them off to all his drunk friends as burgers. they are pretty damn good!

Well, your argument is out of steam then, because they're shiitake mushrooms, not shitaki mushrooms.

And by the way, they're great. Also like the portobellos, porcini, morels, oysters....all of them, in fact.

Second, both shitake and shimegi are delicious meals.:D

Don't know what they taste like; haven't tried them. Then again, I hate mushrooms anyway.
