Can anyone recommend a decent free MP3 downloading tool?

On my last computer, I was using Kazaa, but I reckon it was screwing the system up, & I don`t want to do the same to my nice spanking new PC.

I have heard in passing alternatives to Kazaa, Napster etc, where one can get virtualy any MP3 they want, but I don`t recall the name.

If anyone here could recommend one that wont plague my computer with viruses & pop-up ads, that is free to download & then free to get all the music, Id be very grateful.

Thanking you in advance :)

maybe try to use EMule. Free download. Cant say anything about some viruses or other bugs, there is always some possibility to meet that shit in the net.

The one I consider the best is WinMX... Loads of mp3s there - virus free:) But make sure you share your files with the rest of us there;)

I used WinMX before and I can agree that it's a good program.

To be honest I use Kazaa Lite which doesn't appear to have the above. Gotta be careful in work though !:)
