Also I reecently found that Magnesium spplements (availuable at any health food store etc) work. Take a couple 30 min before sleep time.

I just typed "question-mark suit" on Yahoo Images and pulled up two or three pictures of the guy

Easy as pie...warm, chewy apple pie :evil4: (I have no idea why I just typed that :shrug: )
