Yeah, I downloaded a Happy Hardcore version of 'Right Here Waiting' by Richard Marx. It's "bangin'", as they say in certain parts...

To my own surprise I like the new Britney Spears single 'Everytime', aswell.

Beg your pardon, your ladyship! I completely forgot that the only non-JD/NO-related musical ensembles a NOOL member is allowed to enjoy has to be lumped into the alternative genre.

Britney Spears has a gorgeous set of norks & a nicer arse than Rob Smith & Moz, aswell, let alone the fact that her new single is a million times better than 'Irish Blood English Fart'. 'Everytime' will get higher than crappy No. 3 aswell...

JSB you only like the song because Britney is in a bathtub for the music video. Ok, well I guess I like the song then as well.

My recommendation for May is Snow Patrol's Final Straw. Better than those idiots Keane by a hundred miles.

I'll recommend "Knife Play," the first album by Xiu Xiu.

Er,Snow Patrols "Final Straw" came out last november.

I recommend Daan's new album "Victory". Not sure if it is available outside of Belgium, though. Have a look at daan.be.

I'd recommend Kiss me, Kiss me, Kiss me by the Cure. It's an awesome album, especially "The Kiss" and "Torture", and it was both gloomy and pop elements of the Cure on one disc.

Lately I've been listening to the Sugarcubes' albums Life's Too Good and Here Today, Tomorrow, Next Week!

I'd recommend anything by Theater of Hate. Kirk is still touring as Spear Of Destiny these days and has been known to break into Joy Divisions 'Transmission' during a song called 'Prison Planet'

Another UK lad to succumb to Franz Ferdinand ; well they aren't bad, but just a tad boring. I suggest listening to a conch shell, or maybe take some pots and pans and make music that way; hey you can try to mimic Metal on Metal.

I agree that they won't change anyone's life, but they're still pretty good in a Josef K/Orange Juice kind of a way. I have no pots and pans, I'm eating from dustbins these days.
