Hey who is a rockabilly buff? I love it madly. I love Eddie Cochran, Buddy Holly, Presley, Stray Cats, Stunning Jive Sweets etc.

Social Distortion has a bit of rockabilly influence, as does X, and I enjoy both bands.

I remember the rockablilly craze that swept through circa 1985. Funny to see at a bar.

Have a friend who was in an Austin band called The Derailers, who had a couple of albums released on Sire, and were also produced by Dave Alvin of The Blasters, who were a great band as well.
