manchester "must-see"

hi all,

before going to postgrduate school in september, me and my boyfriend are planning to tour around uk first. we both are very into uk's music scene, especially manchester bands.. (i love new order most, and he likes joy division better.) so could anyone please tell me where the must-sees in manchester are? like the old address of hacienda, ian curtis' gravestone... etc. (i can't find any of these in a tour book! of course.) please tell me in detail, for example the address or how to get there coz we have never been in the uk.
