i have finally been sucked into a reality tv show. average joe did it for 10 minutes but then got old. but this show has travel, suspense, REAL PEOPLE, (XCEPT the models, its like they are models for ulgy's r' us. im hoping miranda and charla win (i hope i got their names right) they are the cousins and ones a midget. they are funny as hell and just fun to watch like when the midget did the cartwheel or when her cousin says "hows my hair?" we always look so bad when we see phil (the show host. too damn cute they are. im even voting for them in the popularity contest at cbs.com

I'm more of a "Last Comic Standing" guy myself, started watching it because I like Jay Mohr somewhat and was hooked by the first few minutes of horrible comedians being shown. I think the whole "living in a house" cliche is well-worn out, but I still watch. I'm rooting for either Jon Heffron (funny short white guy) or Alonzo (tall funny black guy) to win it all. How the hell that Tammy woman is still on the show is beyond me.

You do have a point; this is the format that made Paris Hilton a star, after all :nono: :barf:

I'm actually working on a reality show of my own: "Who Wants to Marry My Midget Millionaire Dad On a Desert Island In a Karaoke Contest Around The World and Pretend to Be Rich While Making Fun of People Not as Rich as You." :thumb:

I've already gotten a greenlight from NBC on this

I'm with Jeff on this, I can't believe you watch that shit. There are better shows, Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Family Guy for example.

That sounds much more like a Fox show; no wait, I guess NBC wants to compete with Fox in the midget market.

that isn't real football...a bunch of fat men running around for 10 seconds, then standing around for 30 seconds...waiting for a chance to pat each other on the ass...

I like our version...but it isn't anywhere near as good as proper football...

Soccer is much, much more fun to play, but it can get damn boring to watch some blokes run around and not score for ages. Football is more exciting to watch due to the more frequent scoring, the brute strength of the athletes, and the strategies involved in every play. I only care for soccer whenever the French national team play.

:clap: The soccer players aren't much better. They run around aimlessly, get sweaty, and when the opportunity rises, they take off their shirts and celebrate with teammates.

at least they play for more than 10 seconds at a time! hell, at least they can run for more than 10 seconds at a time, unlike those 300-pound guys with their bellies hanging out of their jersies.

anyway, ain't nothing wrong with a sweaty (real) football player! :love2:

some of these 300 pound men are actually quite fast. remeber when keith traylor, not that fast at all, ran an interception back for 76 yards? i think that took him at least 45 seconds :) damn hilarious.

i respect soccer (sorry, football) for the size of the field, no time outs, and the endurance. but the only low scoring sport i enjoy watching is baseball which can be horrible to watch if you dont understand the game.

So, basically, if you know what the heck is going on, you won't be bored watching the game? No wonder sports bore me.

I understand baseball quite well, having played for YEARS!!! But I still don't want to watch it...unless I need to take a nap...then I pop on a baseball game, and in less than two innings, I'm out cold!!!

During exams (im nto a regular tv viewer) i got sucked into "american chopper"on discovery. I know ~ its STOOPID. turns out i wasnt the only one - several fellow engineering students did too- and it reminded us all of the reasons we started in engineering - only to get bogged under by spreadsheets.

ive no interest in motorbikes, but those things are works of art. Wycliffe even has one :evil4:
