I cant count how many times I received this damned pop-up. But, curiously, my computer "time" is always wrong - 10 minutes delay. I try to fix in BIOS, but it keeps delaying.
Is that a virus or something? What could be?

you running XP? If so, its syncing to time.microsoft.com, which could easily be out
Oh, and those apparent Windows messages come for everyone. Including me, using Mozilla on BeOS. With an NTP synced clock. Its just an ad for spyware.

If you are on a network, your domain controler will set the time for you, so if its time is wrong, so will yours!
