Expos?? Sounds like a bad constipation medicine. Never 'eard of 'em!!

(Then again...the Giants suck ass too!!)
okay...I may not be popular with our Canadian brothers for pointing this out, but part of the deal with MLB for getting a team in Montreal was building a domed stadium...sooooo...where is that domed stadium???
And before I get bashed, let me just say, I do believe Montreal deserved better than this. The city did support the team until MLB decided that Montreal was not a baseball city!
As a realist, I have seen this coming from the day that MLB tried to "contract" the team. It is a sad thing that MLB took the team out of Montreal, and left Toronto with a team. I have never managed to make it to either city yet, but for some reason, I do believe that Montreal would be much more worthy of a visit than Toronto!!!

Huh... I thought Olympic Stadium was ??? ![]()
By the way, Jeff, are you gonna root for the Astros for the next few days??? They managed to get through after all!
And what about those Texas Rangers? With the infield they got, if they can get 3 good starting pitchers, a closer and 2 men to set the people in the bullpen, they're gonna have a scary lineup !!!
Root for the Astros??? Perish the thought...actually, I guess I will take a little more interest in them until they exit the playoffs...
And what's wrong with the closer we have now? Coco Cordero had 49 saves this year. The Rangers have never had starting pitching, and never will have it. I think Arlington Stadium and Ameriquest Field were both built atop ancient Indian burial grounds, and are CURSED!!!
Oh well, there's always next year!

Actually...if I remember correctly...didn't Olympic Stadium have a retractable dome that worked for a day or two??? Or has all the beer finally destroyed my mind?
