This new version isn't bad, it's a bit difficult for me to recognize everbody that sings, despite the fact I've seen the video....
I know Blur, Travis, Keane, Snow Patrol, but don't tell me to know their faces to be sure to recognize their voices in the lot ;)

Its shite,sorry. I know its for charity an all but,it is. Bono totally destroys his original line (which was the strongest part of the 84 version),and the only thing it`ll do is keep some "artists" who had thankfully disappeared back in the limelight-mentioning no names,Miss Dynamite & Travis. Nice to see Thom Yorke in there though.

Band Aid, We are The World, etc...crap, crap, crap, more self-important celebrities trying to make themselves feel better. Good intentions, shitty music (and in the case of Concert for Bangladesh, more money to the promoters than the poor)

Just saw more of it on a news report, including Bono's line. Agree 100%, Steve, cringe-inducing. As if this version wasn't bad enough. Time to knock it on the head, leave us with the original and record a totally new song next time round.
What about Barney and Keith Allen to pen the next one? :D
