Worst sex related movie ever watched

Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf?

I really wanted to slash my wrists during that slow ass movie. Only redeeming value was the scene of Liz Taylor eating chicken. Otherwise, if you insist on watching this film, try to keep up with Burton drink for drink.

After all the controversey, "Showgirls" proved to be a disappointment. I've seen hotter action on a Skinimax double feature

Showgirls was hilarious! It had the tall ugly girl from Saved By the Bell! She did have a great body though.

Eyes Wide Shut was an awful movie, except for the fact that it was a little suspenseful in how the story developed.

I refuse to believe that Eyes is Kubrick's last (I prefer to pretend that the less sappy parts of "A.I." are Kubrick's farewell bow)

And "Showgirls" is indeed hilarious, but I just going back to first-time viewing for my critique

Showgirls takes the fooking cake!!! That movie is absolutely PUTRID!!! It's up there with Battlefield Earth on the STINKOMETER!!!

Showgirls was hilarious! It had the tall ugly girl from Saved By the Bell! She did have a great body though. Elizabeth Berkley isn't that ugly. She looks kind of anorexic in Showgirls, but she wasn't that bad as Jessi on Saved by the Bell.

Haven't seen it, nor do I desire to, since I think he's a one-shot artist, but Vincent Gallo's Brown Bunny, with its explicit fellatio scene w/Chole Sevigny, has got to be in the running. Can't imagine wanting to sit through one of his movies just to see that. That said, Buffalo 66 is a decent film, I just don't think he'll ever top that one.

Haven't seen any good words about Caligula either, so I've managed to avoid seeing that one.

allan, I would see the film just in order to see what made Ebert hate it so damn much. He gave it such a bad review that he and Vincent got in a spat about the issue.

I think others have said this, but with the notoriety that the film's received, the knowledge that that scene is, errr, coming soon would act as a distraction for me.

Besides, I've already sat through a regular film that had a blow job in it: Devil In The Flesh from the late 80s, I think. I saw it at the Salem Cinema, saw just about every movie that was there while I lived in Salem. Of course, for this flick, the theater was sold out, quite unusually, and I had to sit next to some 50-ish women, who'd never been to the theater before. These ladies didn't make a sound for most of the film, and when the scene was playing, they really became deathly silent. In such company, it was all I could do to stifle a laugh.

Allan, good call on Caligula. I kept trying to get my high school history teacher to let us watch it in class, but he knew better. Then I had the misfortune of actually WATCHING it a while ago. One of the most godawful pieces of shit I've ever seen. I could only stand the first half. Now, I'm all for bad movies if they're entertainingly bad, but this was just unwatchable. And very unsexy.

But leave Eyes Wide Shut alone (despite his faults, I'm a knee-jerk Kubrick fan).

Still haven't seen Showgirls yet but been meaning to sometime for a good laugh.

That said, I watched a very good film called 'The Vertical Ray of the Sun' which inlcuded a short conversation about how eating a man's penis fried in garlic would be quite a delicacy (tender yet crunchy). Just thought I'd share.

Baise-moi is indeed total rubbish... I watched it a couple of weeks ago and I'd be willing to bet that there are several porn films with more of a script than this...

Yes, Baise-Moi was crap. I was hoping for much better, considering how notorious it was. Speaking of notorious French sex movies, just about anything by Catherine Breillat [sic] is bound to be worth a laugh. Been reading about "Anatomy of Hell" recently and it sounds hilarious.

Oh, and 'In the Cut' isn't that bad of a movie. Jane Campion knows what she's doing, and it's a clever feminist take on the slasher genre (but some self-proclaimed feminists get pissed off for how Campion's films show women following their desire into dangerous waters). 'In the Cut' continues the same interesting themes of her other movies. (My favorites being Sweetie, Holy Smoke, and The Piano.)
