Woke up this morning with a bit of a hangover and managed to totally fuck up my computer:nonono:

I managed to reset it to last August, which is when Spyware attatched itsel to this bastard of a computer. To make things worse, the second CDR plug in I have bought now no longer works, and just to rub it in, I can't find my fucking Driver for it:(

If anyone out there has a driver for the FREECOM CLASSIC (bought from Argos this year) please help me out, ma heid is fookin bangin as I have been searching websites all day and haven't been able to sort it out. I am within minutes of taking a hammer to this so called computer!

Operating computer's with a dodgy hangover should not be allowed.

And Nic, I have been unable to abuse my MODERATING powers by sticking this to the top of the page. Sort it out;)

Fuck knows - it's FREECOM.

It writes at 52x when it works. The ironic thing is I've hardly used the fookin thing!

It just galls me I paid £80 for it two months ago. I have tipped the spare room upside down looking for the CD with the driver on it. I am going GREY.

Fucking going mad i am, is it an external drive or internal drive?

Not as mad as me mate. It's an external plug in device. Could you imagine me trying to fit an internal. (If Hibster was about he'd have a field day with that last statement!)

Do you have a system restore so you can turn the clock back leaving your PC set up as it was 24 hours ago?

Look under programs, then for tools you may find something there depending on the make of your PC. Good luck

Cheers JT - but no such luck, or if there is, I can't fucking find it.

I'm away, ma heid's fucking demented!

Hopefully someone out there has the CD that came with the device!!!
