Just checked Charlie Rose's website, there will be an appreciation of Hunter S. Thompson tonight. Doesn't say who will be there or if any interviews with HST will be played (don't know if the Great Gonzo would've sat for an hour with ole Charlie).
Anyone ever see the time HST was on Conan? He was obviously drunk and had trouble with the set furniture (I also think Conan visited Hunter's lair in Woody Creek once, never saw the entire thing though).

Wonder if HST's appearance on Conan was as freaky as Crispin Glover's appearance on Letterman was, all those years ago.
Glover was tripping that time on Letterman. Not tripping in the Ebonics sense but tripping on acid or shrooms. letterman broke to commercial and cam e back and said that he was too old to put up with that shit.
