Yes it will. Smoking is a pleasurable activity. I was never a heavy smoker but I quit 2 years ago and damn near miss smoking everyday.
it´s been 3 weeks since i lighted my last cigarette. and before that i smoked less than a pack in 1 month. that means i´m not missing it which is good! sometimes i just take a DEEEEEEP breath when i´m feeling the need of one smoke and voilá. ![]()
the only difference i really see is the lack of those couple-of-coughs-then-spit in the morning. and i sneeze less too. then my life is practically the same. maybe i´ll see the good effects in the long term. ![]()

Only if you smoked it...
I think that all vices are spasmodic in nature for certain people. To explain, I smoke and drink if I am bored. iF i AM NOT BORED, i DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT,sO MAYBE SMOKING COULD BE A RESULT OF A DIFFICULT PHASE YOU ARE GOING THROUGH?

i first smoked at age 11 and regullary at age 13. then i stopped at 15 and started again at 18 when i entered to university. 10 years later here i am trying to quit! ![]()
i´ve never been a heavy smoker though. never more than 10 cigs a day, usually 5. but then again if you don´t stop smoking then you aren´t stopping. if you light one from time to time then you don´t quit. quit = 0 cigs permanently. and i´m working on it! :D

I tryed that too. Smoke just a couple a day, but then I always got back to 30-40 a day.
0 tolerance
Good luck.
