Cillit Bang

Sorry for any offence that caused your holiness. I didn't even notice the word look dirty. It's pronounced "Sillit", so it doesn't sound at all rude.
It's the name of a cleaning product being advertised on UK television at the moment. The quality of the advert makes me think that there is some sort of hidden message or it's a joke or something.
Actually, I was hoping this was something about "clit bang"--whatever that is. Gotta keep up the tastelessness found in every other thread on this forum, you know. ;)
We've got the same stupid ad on Belgian TV. I don't think BANG can do anything against dirt.

No, it's not a joke! There really is a cleaner called Cillit Bang. Took us ages to find it (NI tends to get stuff like that ages after everywhere else) but it is quite good.
For a really clean floor, put some Fairy in your washing machine. Not too much, about half a standard bottle should do it - two jobs get done at once, without you missing the football!
Your clothes come out a bit stiff, mind, but you can't have everything!
