I just booked my tickets today. all three days, Morrissey and REM. had to be done.

flying overseas for morrissey....no, i think i'd skip him if he was playing in my closet, duct taped securely while i got out the nail clippers and started in on his eyelids. that would give him something to be MISERABLE about!

How come? its a cracking line up. been speaking to a few mates who went last year. Apparently its really chilled out. For me its brilliant, love REM and Morrissey. and never seen faithless before. And i can just ignore razorlight as they are crap.

I've got loads going on that weekend which is typical. Morrissey on the Sat with Roxy Music and REM on the Sunday, I take it. Have you seen REM live before??? They're one of the bands that I've never managed to see but imagine they'll be really good.

Should be a nice chilled out atmosphere. The IOW festival used to be one of the coolest in the late 60s I think. Seems to be making a bit of a comeback :)
