First phase is North America only indeed.. but it's very impressive as you can switch from drawn map to satellite map from one click.

My building is the gray rectangle just below the dark rectangle (the building's parking lot) near the center of the picture.
Although I notice that the pinpoint map is WRONG!!! The pinpoint is pointing to the wrong building; the actual location is to the left of the pinpoint. 
yeah - it's 'American Google'...
