They played Small Town Boy at the grocery store I just raided. I got pissed off whenever the PA interupted the song for a price check on tampons.

Before Bronski Beat, I was homophobic just like the rest of western civiization. Bronski Beat changed that. Not just the excellent music, but the lyrics. Maybe the excellent music served as a conduit to get the lyrics into my brain. Whatever. Bronski Beat changed me. I'm still straight as an arrow, mind. Not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)
