OK, FROM THE “Hey-we-might-be-taking-this-’Star Wars’-thing-a-bit-far” department: The BBC (British Broadcasting Company) reported this morning that two people from Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire were injured on Sunday when they tried to recreate light-sabre fighting scenes from the “Star Wars” movies — BY FILLING FLUORESCENT LIGHT TUBES WITH GASOLINE!!

A 20-year-old man and 17-year-old girl, names not released (they probably begged to keep their names quiet) were injured when they poured the gas into the two tubes, then lit them.

And authorities apparently have a video tape they can view to see exactly how the injuries occurred.

Both individuals are being treated for severe burns. And if they make it, both individuals should probably reconsider making their own flaming light sabres.

C'mon, that's no good. Just do what I and my little brother plan on doing soon: go to Wal-Mart, put on "Darth Vader" masks, and duel with plastic lightsabers. All the while embarrassing any family members also in the store with us :evil4:
