Ugh, no more reminiscing of that movie. If it that movie gets any more nostalgia added onto it, it will be fucking re-made a few years after Haley Joel Osment gets pubes.

Haley Joel Osment as "the tough jock"
Jonathen Lipnicki as "the nerdy douchebag"
Mary-Kate Olsen as "the popular bitch"
Jason Schwartzman as "Judd Nelson"
Heath Ledger as "the mean teacher"
and Ally Sheedy as "Alley Sheedy"

Nah, it's gonna be all public-domain songs ![]()
I thought Toby Keith was going to be in the soundtrack. Especially since the remake of the film will be set in Texas. There will be a white female cheerleader, an alt goth hispanic girl, a hispanic male gangsta, a black football player, a white football player, and a white male nerd. The rest of the soundtrack would include Los Lonely Boys, and Nelly. All artists on the soundtrack will feature a remix by Pharrell and a cameo by Snoop Dogg.

Who said the remake was Texas-bound? I always liked the idea of American Samoa ![]()
No, think about it, you have free reign to have a Yoko Ono-written soundtrack. It'll sell hundreds! ![]()

Of course, she was always more talented then her stupid hack of a husband; good thing he got shot all those years ago. :p
Actually, there was a remake done by John Hughes planned... seems to have vanished.
Emilio is also busy being Paula Abdul's husband
are they still together?
Well, let's see..
Judd Nelson - Seen him in a sitcom on US TV a few years ago Anthony Michael Hall - Plays in "The Dead Zone" TV show Molly Ringwald - Does very small parts in few movies, but that's it. Ally Sheedy - Hum, don't know if she does much Emilio Estevez: Recovering from the Mighty Ducks movies I guess.
After a few research, Judd Nelson played in Suddenly Susan, but it's off the air since 1999, so I'm late in the news.. Emilio is divorced since 1994! and the small part Molly Ringwald did was in "Not another teen movie" actually ;)

Actually, Ally Sheedy was in a movie called "High Art" a few years ago. And I think Molly Ringwald's done a few plays in the past few years.
I thought the movie was ok but have no real desire to see it ever again. I wonder why people make such a fuss about it. I also think it's damn pathetic that they drag all these losers out of obscurity to reunite them for tv.
This reunion begs three questions:

I think you need to alter that timeline a little. But still, "the nerdy douchebag".
That's classic. And accurate.
