It is actually rather pleasing on the eye. Should imagine they'll sell a lot of these.

i like it, as well.

although whatever kit arsenal has, i'd rather the 2006 season start at bmibaby stadium rather than emirates stadium. :nonono:

Mmmmmm, yes, very 1913, I'm sure. What with the mobile phone sponsorship and the N*ke swoosh. :\ohwell:

The joys of modern football. Just wondering: Arsenal's current home shirt lasted one season. The new one will only last one season, the last at Highbury. Will N*ke still charge full whack? Just wondering as there's been no media outcry over this & usually Man Utd are slated for releasing kit after kit, even though they change as much as everyone else, with the exception of the grey kit in 95/96 that the players couldn't see. ;)

As long as Arsenal aren't as jammy in that kit when they next meet United as they were in Cardiff!!!! All things considered though, it's not the worst shirt I've ever seen.

Talking of sponsors, Dave, how long d'you reckon it'll be before more than one's allowed on shirts? There could be more adverts on the pitch than around it!

I thought premiership rules said that you could only change home shirts every 2 seasons?

So did I.

I assume that this is a special 3rd kit that they'll just happen to wear every home game and last years shirt will still be the official home kit.

I think that's what Charlton did with their Centenary kit last season and what Liverpool did with their Gold logo CL shirt a few years back.

As for more than one Sponsor, it happens in the other three league. On shorts and across the shoulders, particually for one off TV games like the Sky Friday night ones. Can't be long untill the Premiership Chairmen lobby for their right to do it also.
