Anyone gonna be watching when Wimbledon starts on Monday? Used to love the tennis in the late 70's early 80's when you had characters like Borg, Connors and McEnroe. Quality entertainment and some fantastic matches between these players, the sportswear they wore was pretty cool aswell. Ain't the same nowadays, the only enjoyment is when that little ponce Henman gets knocked out. Mind you there is always Maria Sharapova to keep me watching i suppose.

I used to watch tennis back in the Day, Conners, Mc Enroe, Everet, King ect. The last I watched of it was in the late 80s, Courier v Aggassi French Open Finals.

Yepp... McEnroe, Conne(o?)rs, Graf, Becker... Those were the days... I don't watch it anymore. Female tennis is down to how sexy are the players these days...

It always was, who preferred BJK over Chris Evert ? Why did we always want Navratilova to lose? :D

Federer is the man. Although fer this Sludden I havnae watched religiously since the mid 90's. Connors was the hero in our house cos of ma dad, Uncly Ted was a massive Bjorg fan and John's already posted. Becker and Edberg were my favourites then Agassi later on, now it's Rockin Roger:thumb:
