Well, I'm big but I was seriously surprised when I visited the US...

I used to be overweight but I am pretty normal now. You would not want to see me at a Las Vegas buffet. Gluttony at its finest. :)
In the last couple of months I lost about 5 kg without trying. A few more to go to get back fighting weight. I got quitefat for my standards in the last couple of years. I got upto 89 kg. Too much stress.
