has anyone else heard power out by arcade fire?

was watching mtv last night and a track called power out by arcade fire came on, its musicly so much like early new order its scary! but not the vocal though! has anyone heard this? and agree or disagree? i also think hooky could sue its such a rip off of his style!

also give their track "Rebellion (Lies)" a listen. I had never heard of them until this song played at the end of an episode of Six Feet Under a few weeks ago and blew my mind.
