A question for the Greeks here

Me and a couple of friends went to Cos (Kos) in greece some years ago.

At nights, when we went out, there was lots of greek girls out in the bar. They looked very nice and sexy. Problem was, if I tryed to speek with them, they just looked at me as I was stupid, and went away. Same for my friends.

Why's that? Don't they like boys/men from out of Greece?

Just something I've been thinking of lately.

Perhaps they don't understand swedish .

although that i'm greek there is no way to understand them (greek girls).the thing with them is that they don't know AT ALL -for fuck sake- what the want from their life (unless you are rich and look like Jude Law). here is my tip mate -TRY ANOTHER NATIONALITY - i already did that and i feel so fucking great. yeahhhhhhh!!!

just remember a really good example: There is a greek guy named Paris Kasidokostas really really really rich and actually good looking who is about to marry Paris Hilton. Imagine how much desperate he was with greek girls comprotment!

I thought it was because the girls wasn't allowed to speak to northen men. But that isn't true then?

why not to be allowed mate? as i said they are so strange and the real thing is that they don't know what they want. Keep my tip mate and read again and again my example maybe its gonna be a fashion for everyone to look for a good porn celeb video and get married

I'm not really intrested in them either. Happy married to a swedish girl now.

But I wondered about it 10 years ago when we did that trip to Cos.

OK my poor friend Rian, this is the way i look at it, having lived all my life here:

Greek girls actually DO LIKE northern boys, as we guys like northern girls - i guess everyboday wants what he/she doesnt see everyday. Why werent they talking to u then?? Because, most Greek girls are raised believing that they should always show that they are "ladies" or something. Even further: they may believe that the more they like someone, the more "distant" they should be at first. Too bad that naturally, very rarely there is a second time for them and they can end up complaining how men have all "gone gay" refusing to try to talk to them any more. Frankly, i cant feel any sympathy for their failure .

Of course, things are changing, slowly, but they do change, unlucky for me i dont get any younger now, nor i have immigrated on the right time - LOL. Next time u decide to come to Greece (or a friend of ures, since its too late for u as well ), after all these years, there is a chance u ll get lucky and find urelsef a much more reasonable greek gal - even if not, do try a second time. Oh, and remember, the smallest a place is, the largest is this "problem" - i would add that the further north in Greece u are, the better, which i m pretty sure it is true, but i wanna avoid an inter-greek fight if anyone from the south of Greece sees my post
