I want to make my own burgers to BBQ tonight. I need a good recipe that makes the burgers "intact", and so they don't fall to pieces on the grill.

Any advice?

get your mince, mix it with some finely chopped onion and garlic. teaspoon on chili flakes to give it a kick, some herbs. put em all in a bowl. Add a egg yolk, a whole egg, a drop of milk and good load of breadcrumbs and mix. You'll be reet with that.

Just use the right cut of beef. You'll need chuck steak, from the shoulder. Nothing else. Just 100% beef.

all of the above but i find some some small chunks of diced pepper (all colours) gives a great look and taste!

but then again no offence but anything must be better than some of the swedish burgers ive had! liked the meatballs thought!

You've been in Sweden? When, where and why? Home made meatballs are ace, and I do my burgers with almost the same recipe.

And thanks for all the tips, from all of you.

I tried to BBQ burgers before, but it didn't worked as good as I wanted. I think I have to use some oil on the burgers, so they don't get burned.

Can't argue with that, spot on Liam :thumb: - the key is the egg and breadcrumbs to stop them from falling apart. A little grated parmesan added to the above goes well also, and the chili flakes are a must! CTB :bear:

Visited stockholm on my way to helsinki couple of years ago, and stayed in helsingborg twice visiting my girlfriend at the time, that was last year. Fantastic country you have there!:bow2:

No. Have been to many countries, but never England. I was very close to go there last year, for 3 new tattooes, but didn't had enough money.

Hopefully I'll be able to go there next year.
