Was flipping through the channels today and came across a 1985 movie called "Wild Geese II" which would give Ian Curtis a huge stiffy if he wasn't a stiffy already.

It's about some TV station people who hire a bunch of mercenaries to go bust Rudolf Hess out of Spandau for some reason (I missed the first part and didn't watch enough of it to catch up). Anyway, it's a hilariously bad action movie with a cheesy 80's score and a bunch of people jumping out of planes and getting beaten up by the Commies and whatnot. Highly recommended if you want a good laugh. Would probably be fucking hilarious if you were drunk, and I know most of you are....

my guess is they sit around in a Parisian bar after the First World War discussing the endless despair they experience as a ramification of the loss of life they witnessed on the Western Front...

That or they try to bust Rudolf Hess out of jail the first time around :p

This must be what he's refering to:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090323/

The first one starred Richard Burton  (must've been paid in booze like Jack Palance was for that "Charley's Angels" rip-off that MST3K ripped to shreds)
