Peter, that's also my Dad's name

Family tradition has it that the son's middle name is name of father.

For example my full name is jonathan paul.

Problem is i dont think jonathan could be a middle name.

Alexander Jonathan?

I already have 3 kids, and that is enough.

i wish i coulda called my son ronnie instead of joe. however, he looked like a bouncer when he was born (a year ago tomorrow!!), so we worried about him being a bully (his surname was to be day). he currently looks like a member of the nf, so i think we made the right decision...

i said this in another post and it's the same:

boy: malcolm [middle name, father's choice] girl: lucille irene (my nana's name). this one is non-negotiable. the boy's name is.

Hmm, I don't think I'm allowed within fifty feet of any woman's "baby-making parts" :evil4:

But just in case:

Boy Tucker Donald (I like the name Tucker, and "Donald" is the name of my grandfather and uncle :thumb: )

Girl Maria Eva (a little Latin flavor, in case my wife don't mind  )

Stay away from the exotic names. Sure they seem cool and are unique but how many Zofies bang the gavel on the New York Court of Appeals?

I dont think its exotic. She would probably be called Zoe for short. The name is taken from an ancestor of mine.

If you want to go down the exotic name route for a boy, you can't beat "Gunner", "Rolf", "Igor", or "Trevor" :p

That's one that's been on my mind, first choice for me, depends on what the female would have to say about such matters.

As for a boy, I'd have to incorporate a Charles in there somewhere (it's not in mine, but a lot of men on my father's side do have it).
