Best three:
Croke Park, utterly amazing for an amatuer sports stadium Millennium Stadium, Cardiff Spa-Francorchamps
The later two helped by the results, Brighton win promotion and Jordan 1-2.
The worst: The Withdean. It may be "home" for the albion, but it still hell.

But of course Elland Road is the only place for us....
Hum... I've only been to 3 sporting venues.. so that's not complicated to rank. Wait, 4!
1 - Bell Centre - Montréal (hockey + concerts -- most busy arena in North America) 2 - Forum - Montréal (former hockey temple -- now an AMC cinema) 3 - Skydome - Toronto (baseball) 4 - Olympic Stadium - Montréal (baseball) -- just can't focus on anything while there for some reason.. it's too big!
I've seen Wrigley Field (Chicago), the Madison Square Garden (New York) and old Fenway Park (Boston), but I didn't get inside of them.
Let's say I usually watch sports on TV, and not outside of my city ;)
Edit:Oh, I just read somebody else's post... I can nominate the Canadian Grand Prix track as well? It's probably the best one existing due to its proximity to the city... (maybe not with the new ones though)
Texas Motor Speedway - Wonderful facility. I've seen IRL, NASCAR and ALMS races there. Not a bad seat anywhere.
Darrell K Royal - Texas Memorial Stadium: The stadium of my university. 85,000+ sceaming fans dressed in Burnt Orange on a crisp Saturday afternoon.... there's nothing like it.
Wrigley Field - every baseball fan should make it there once. Old Style beer. Chicago style hot dogs. Friendly Mid-Western girls. Ahhhhh.

HP Pavillion, San Jose Madjeski Stadium (Shite team, no fans, but a nice ground) Donnington Park (You can pretty much see the entire lap from the main grandstand)
- wimbledon (all-england lawn tennis club)
- flushing meadows, NY (where the U.S. open is played)
- the charles river, cambridge/boston (is it a venue? absolutely. rowing on the charles is a rite of passage and an honor). and i imagine more beer is consumed each year at the head of the charles regatta than at any football match!
i would give any appendage to go to camp nou, by the way. we only saw the olympic stadium when we were in barcelona.

I'll give you TMS...but you KNOW Kyle Field is much better that the second place you mentioned... 
(for the uninformed, Kyle Field is where I went to my university football games, Texas A&M, and we wouldn't be caught dead wearing anything in ANY shade of orange!!! :p )
I reckon the other best venue I've been to was Reunion Arena...the home of the Stars when they won the Stanley Cup...
I was there for every game during the playoffs that year(worked for the team back then) so it holds some very special memories...might not be as bright and shiny as AAC, but the sight lines were excellent, even in the upper deck, unlike AAC. Funny thing was...if it was a 7:00 game, we'd get there at 5...colder than all get out...then they would open the doors, and it got hotter than hell...it was amazing how 17,000 rabid hockey fans could raise the temperature 30 degrees in an hour or so!!!

In Californa, right? Hadn't been to that part of the Bay Area for a looong time, so I ventured over that way after the Order/Chemicals gig in April, and couldn't quite believe how much it had grown. Population of over one million now, bigger than San Francisco.
As for me, the Rose Bowl is always nice, better on the first of January though. Safeco Field is a great ballpark for baseball, much better than the mausoleum that was home for the Mariners before. Third choice would be Autzen, where Oregon plays. Husky Stadium has a great location by the lake, but the views from a lot of seats isn't so good
